The turning point for this was I believe in July of '15, when the first CannaCamp was supposed to be introduced, and they came out with a weekend PR stating the deal fell through. I think it was falling at that time, but that announcement made people jump ship, everyone who stayed should have jumped ship too IMO.
Joel used to PR thing, he used to take phone calls, he had a conference call. That CC he stated by all means I want to stay on OTCQB, within 3 months he went to Pinks. When this dropped to Pinks, pretty much post that CC, he went dark and stopped communicating with shareholders in every way.
