They have over 1/4, almost 1/3 of 1 Billion already. It will require a huge amount of money to finance this project to get it to production. Prior estimates of the cash required converted to shares at the current price approaches 1 billion. They have no sales or income... the money can only come from selling shares. Everybody sees lithium and electric cars, need to be objective and realize that this requires a lot of money to get it going. Where will the money come from. Also, there are several large competitors already in production that can easily increase their output with very little additional cost. Their fixed investment cost have already been expensed.

Also, my experience has been that costs for large projects ALWAYS go higher than the original estimates... just the way it works.
