Max Sound Corp. and Vedanti Licensing Limited Officially As
Co-Owners Of ODT Patents

SAN DIEGO, CA July 12 2017 - Max Sound Corporation (OTCQB: MAXD)
provides the legal validity of the VLL/Max Sound Co-Ownership Patents Agreement through a 3rd party participant in an ongoing legal actions.

Dear MAXD shareholders,

With several press releases from Mr. Hawkins of Vedanti Licensing Limited and CEO Mr. Blaisure of Max Sound Corp., in addition to the EU activities, Alphabet Inc. Google a main party in dispute to the litigation has acknowledged and accepted the transferred VLL/Max Sound Co-Ownership Patents Agreement of the international Optimized Data Transmission Technology Patent portfolio.

Through the verification of the signatories, as well as of a register extracts and a power of attorney, the Co-Ownership Patents Agreements between VLL and MAXD further affirmed the legal validity of the transferred patents confirmed by Alphabet Inc. Google and the Court.

Former President, Constance Nash of Vedanti Systems Limited as well as her other entities are no longer a participant owner of the EU and US 339 Patents.

Due to the EU pending legal proceedings, sensitive evidence materials will be available to the public at a later time. VLL and MAXD are diligently pursuing all avenues, aiming at reaching an agreement and or a positive ending litigation.
