Make no mistake, HEP Investments OWNS ZIVO. The financing is convertible debt based. The shares don't currently "exist" per se but the financing is secured by all the assets of ZIVO. So they own it, control it completely.

As to Dahl, the financing originally was contingent on his install as CEO. So that's Yaldoos guy. Why I dunno, but each has his detractors.
