It is curious that Larry Striggles, Michael Brauner, and Jonathan Baker were listed as Directors in the 2016Q2. However, all Director positions were listed as Vacant in the 2016Q3. And THEN, Baker and Striggles were back with Mr. Vacant in the 2016Annual and 2017Q1.

Did they leave? Did they come back? Really? Are they getting compensation? And why is Teresa the only person listed as the "Management Team" on the company website?

You've overlooked Mr. Striggles who is listed in the 2017Q1 and is on the OTCM profile page for AHIX.
