As you acknowledged before, dilution is part of the game in the otc world and some (most) otc companies take advantage and abuse that aspect, while a select few actually use the proceeds to fund business operations strategically and responsibly. CETY has used their dilution to purchase the clean energy generator division from GE and has diluted about as moderately and responsibly as you can hope for from a cash strapped up and coming penny stock company. Today's a/s announcement was essentially a complete non event because the only people who would really freak out about that would be short term flippers, and most of those are gone since the stock has already pulled back and consolidated since it's last move.

The a/s increase is likely a long term strategic decision and will give them more flexibility in the future. I'm giving these guys the benefit of the doubt because everything they've done since the GE acquisition has been positive for the bottom line. I firmly believe this is the most promising and undervalued OTC play out there - at least on my radar.
