Nope, Hop-On is not authorized to conduct business, enter into contracts, or defend against any lawsuit.

They also owe tons of money for the huge fraud that the CEO and Hop-On got caught doing, stealing a customers cash.

They also are violating Nevada corporate law by not having a registered agent since January resignation of their previous one.

Nevada thought this so serious that they removed the central key index, which is a required thing for public companies. Maybe this is part of the legal troubles Hop-On is hinting at on their twitter press releases.
