My understanding is SEC rules allow the submission of some forms to allow continuance of the situation. I posted those rules a while back. They may have been deleted. There is a termination period but that was never defined. That termination is what we wait for. No one with an elementary understanding of business planning for success would do what nunez and his conmen have done. Insider selling is the only explanation holding an ounce of logic. mmtc SUCKS
