Top Penny, I have no idea why the SEC works quicker on some companies than others;

In 20 days MMTC will be officially delinquent 3 years in SEC filings. They will be suspended by the SEC and after the suspension trade on the grey market with no Bid or Ask until the end of eternity.

I am not wrong; not a matter of "if" just "when"
