Yeah, it was essentially a shell after the Rafarma thing never really panned out. I guess Horn and/or Bondar sold their shares to this Nikolai Grebenkine guy. I see Grebenkine recently took over the NO_XL shell as well, but not sure what the plans are for that one, perhaps he was going to use it for AET but it wasn't as clean as this one. RAFA has a lot of shares outstanding but a very large insider holding, at least 83%, maybe more.

Guess we'll see how it goes, I grabbed a bit of this after I wrote all my original JAQC shares off as worthless, been following this a long time now I figure if Bailey is still involved it could potentially be good.
