Phase II was no failure, otherwise
PLX wouldn't be in talks with the
FDA about phase III.

The need to repeat phase II in larger
numbers is required in order to find
if the statistic significance of
improvement is consistent.

In short, phase II was definitely not
a failure, there was an improvement
for the patients but not a very
significant one, hence a bigger
phase II will be done.

If i had to grade phase II in layman's
terms i would give it a 6+ out of 10.

BTW, i am thrilled you fullmouthedly
admit to shorting the stock.
You see, we have the opposite interests
in regards this company.
