Novus( NDEV) is Misleading all shareholders

Securities complaints are going to mount against these people.

CEO never shows his face, misleads shareholders and
makes money off the stock promotions just his gain.

FACT.. The stock rose and NDEV did not approve any marketable securities to use as working capital. They could have..

The company is a scam..


The CEO has " NEVER" made any multi-million dollar revenue companies

he has only been at a Maximum of 100k in 4 quarters of revenue.

Remember. The rollout in all these cities will be a " substantial impact" on sales , we are now an insurance company an they are valued at 20 times.. They have no policies.. They are FULL OF IT !

I will continue to complain to the SEC and the SEC will shut these guys down with any Fiction press release or JAIL TIME.


Fact : no annuities, no car policies , no trucking policies ,no business policies, Nothing.. HAYDEN is backing these guys and deliver information to shareholders based on misleading innvestors.
