A RS is hardly ever good. Ever. Any stock that has been in one had tanked. Ken did a RS right before I joined the company like 2 or 3 years ago, it's been a while but look at the charts for exact date... Also after Ken tanked it post his RS there was a plan for another, which was denied by the SEC. Every time a company like this RS they wind up tanking it by dumping shares. It's a typical play. No long makes money then.

And what projects? Kelvins pitch to buy a Florida track? Which everyone is in the dark in because no one knows if he met the terms and put down the down payment to do so... Or the one before that that PR's a tug-of-war battle with Ken & Kelvin. Sorry but there is nothing to be gitty about. Especially a RS, which means my investment is going to get more crushed. We all know what will happen if they RS, especially if the RS with no news or plan.

Plus this website is a joke. Why is it still up? If the company changed under Kelvin why is he so damn cheap that he can't hire a website designer to make-over the site? Why does he want to keep Ken's trash, and yes that goes all the way to website design.
