Just imagine if....
IMNP have structured an agreement with the owners of Proleukin (long known that product has been up for divestment). Would make all the moves to create Cytovia clear....new investors would fund the acquisition and take significant stake in Cytovia. Cytovia would immediately become a revenue generating business that could fund the investment and also fund the Ceplene/IL2 combination work....just hope that current IMNP would see the benefit their long term pains deserve. Teper's February interview pretty much says it all if you read between the lines with the above in mind.
