Nevada Dispensaries on the Verge of Running Out of Marijuana.

After only a week of sales, Nevada dispensaries are on the verge of running out of marijuana. On July 7, 2017, it was announced that Gov. Brian Sandoval had endorsed a “statement of emergency” issued by the state Department of Taxation, giving the department the latitude to adopt emergency regulations aimed at fixing the marijuana shortage.
