I don't think it is at all uncommon for shareholders to bash management when their company is under performing. But also -- free speech,etc? I don't see why non shareholders can't come on here and bash for whatever reason.

The first line of a weak defense by management of a company in a bad state is to whine and critize critics for motives rather than addressing the criticism itself.
