at $11.58 forget.. you will never get your money back..

if you have more money avaliable you can risk again and average down to $2 ~ $3 per share..

if fcel receive some big contract.. example 50 ~ 100 milions contract.. you can break even at $2 or $3 and get your money back..


but if they not receive any big contract you will just lose more money because this is a scam company and they will continue dumping hard..
