The thing is after the company was de-listed and Francine said we were now shareholders in a private company we should have be informed of what we now have. I received nothing indicating what my share relationship is in the new private company and what if any valuation there is with that position in the company. You would think that Francine still has a responsibility to the shareholders, now investors in a private company, and as such would be given some form of update as to what is going on even if that is an update on lawsuits and foreclosure etc.
