I'll definitely take the other side of that bet. These guys have been responsible and moderate in their dilution and the worst of it was when they used it to buy their clean energy generator division from GE. That deal brought in so much value and essentially took the ticker from a shell to a profitable entity and the price paid for that transaction has already long been priced into the pps. Insiders own well over half of the o/s and never have I seen the o/s spike very much due to fresh dilution. They've responsibly gone about the process in the name of furthering the business model and that's an incredibly rare sight for a penny stock.

Yes, without a doubt I believe this is a healthy consolidation phase. I've been trading over 11 years now and base my opinion on that experience. If the o/s has spiked this q I don't expect it to be much, relatively speaking. I know what I own and the insiders holding well over 50% of the o/s do as well. If these sellers want to push it much lower, I'll be gladly adding to my position. No disrespect to you, but I 100% disagree that this is doing anything other than very bullishly consolidating. This was trading in the mid to low .00Xs not too long ago, now it's holding this new trading level with ease. If you think 700k on the offer, via multiple MMs mind you, is a sign of dilution or something terrible, then do what you gotta do. Even if it was dilution, that's a drop in the bucket and the volume has been very healthy. I'm holding about 15x that much so in reality those are most likely just retail flippers.. and if not it's still just very modest dilution. Let those sellers come lower and I'll gladly add their shares to my position. This is an absolute gem and I wholeheartedly believe the penny market and iHub (most of iHub) is fast asleep on this gem.
