"Bloomberg IPO Index Severely Lagging." This article deals with very recent IPOs but newer stocks of all flavors tend to lag for years according to several academic studies. We see that lag with GPRO. So why are IHUBers so drawn to new issues??? For one thing, IHUBbers rarely read academic studies.
