Just to be clear, I make judgment calls to sell based upon latest data & analysis assessment. So what price I actually sell at (or if I scale-out in more than 1 part) is not necessarily same as my upside speculation area targets.
I speculate on where it likely will go because it is important on understanding the reward factor (seeking an optimal risk/reward ratio), but where ever I eventually actually sell a stock at is based upon latest up-to-date data.
It's true that most of my 'minimum upside speculation targets' occur, but that is just info that I apply to Buy alerts which I use in advance to help people be ready on possibilities of where it might go or likely will go in my opinion.
It also is helpful for people who want to scale-out in different areas on their own or for those who might need to set GTC Limit orders in advance of a potential move whenever they are not available to watch the stock & sell it or if they know they won't be capable of accessing their broker for an extended period of time.
