i am not the person you think i am sorry, but your forgetting that they are allowed to default on their wells fargo loan past july 31st and only pay a penalty of 140,000...just like in all business deals, wells fargo owns no tangilbe collateral...if ptx wanted to not pay wells fargo, they could tie this up in court for 2 years
