5.) CONVERTIBLE… This is hopefully the best option and path FCEL takes for accessing the funding they need in order to survive.

But coverts have their own set of issues as well.

The Market, Analysts and Accountants all view a convertible as both DEBT and DILUTION, so even this option is not perfect, but it may be the best for FCEL, based on our current circumstances.
