Yes....you're right that I was very skeptical of management to just make a decision and either give BHVN dividend shares or not and if so would it be a significant amount or not. I sold when they did not declare specific intentions on this all important matter. The stock rose over .40 "in anticipation of an announcement of them giving shares at the annual meeting. I'm glad I sold as the stock fell back down to .33 by Friday's close in disappointment no decision had been reached.

I personally think it very unlikely "the company will provide clarity on what is going to happen in the next few days." If they do, it will only show incompetence imho that they didn't then announce at the annual meeting, when many people were expecting the news. And I really don't think that IF they announce dividend shares that they will give ALL of their BHVN shares as dividends to PTGEF shareholders as you suggested! But time will tell if you're right or I'm right on both of these major questions.

It is my intention to continue to monitor the stock and depending on what emerges, I may or may not buy in again. Even if I buy, I don't plan to mention it here as it is of no benefit to me or others who may occasionally look at this board. Good luck to you.
