Thank you for posting the S-1 prospectus. Looks like they will add quite a few shares huh? It didn't give much insight as to how they want to spend the money and it denies any talks of acquisitions. I like that they are being fully transparent doing it this way but just wish they come out with a plan on how they want to spend.
