The 5 tankers on the TVOG Bitumen Tanker Website were previously Newlead Holdings tankers but Newlead messed up.

Here is the SEC filing for when Newlead took over the tankers back in 2014: https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1322587/000143774915010190/ex4-97.htm

The tankers are still active/moored to date and the ownerships have not transferred over yet to anyone different from what I can google.
