The latest filing also reveals another tidbit that I had warned about. LaBarre was likely self dealing through the sham Good Hunting. He and Georgans are directors at that corp. Good Hunting can convert the notes on the small loans it gave BTDG into discounted stock.

Of course, the lack of arm's length dealing between LaBarre and Good Hunting was detailed by a court order in the DirecTV case where it was shown that LaBarre was depositing funds from checks made out to Tamara Hunt into his personal account.
