Algae probably is a super food, but for that reason it won't gain any traction. I compare it to energy alternatives to oil that have been consistently stifled. Entire industries would go bust and you can't have that cash flow go kaput. Need to poison people with GMO's because 18% of GDP is healthcare. Need wars because the military industrial complex makes up 25% of GDP.

I've always thought there was something with Algae in general and there have been many claims over the years. I also believe there are cures for cancer and other diseases, but again it would destroy entire industries. The wealthy and Oligarchy have access to these cures, but not the common man. 5 decades later its still chemo and radiation give me a break. Notice you don't hear much about top politicians or famous people dying of cancer at an early age. Jamie Dimon gets lung cancer and back at work in 6 weeks.

Commercializing this solution is next to impossible and that's the real issue. Who knows maybe something will break, but for the reasons I posted above it might never make it to market. Remember early days you could buy bottles of the stuff and many people posted how it was life changing for them with various ailments.
