Negative is good. A couple things.

1. We don't know what the settlements are. We have to wait for the Q10

2. Unless you are actively looking for info on Quest you would have no idea that there were settlements. If you look at their website it appears as if there was no real news since 2013.

Some good Mariner settlements followed by some more Mariner suits, a favorable outcome to the Semcon Markman hearing and we may get a little traction.

Recently Quest had a good outcome regarding their Bloomberg appeal. They don't have to pay attorney fees for Bloomberg. The case looks promising. And perhaps IC Kinetic suits.

Before you know it you have a nice pipeline of cases in court and some possible revenue coming in. Throw in an updated website and some news/tweets and it may go our way...or not!
