As a current Vivos patient, I happen to know quite a bit about Vivos products and something too about their management team, and I can say without reservation that you are totally mistaken.

First, I've known Kirk Huntsman (the Vivos founder and CEO) for many years. He is a proven dental industry executive, as the founder and CEO of DentalOne Partners, a $300 million / year dental management services company, and former CEO of Reachout Healthcare America, a Morgan Stanley portfolio company. His senior management team has extensive experience and a long track record of success in dental practice management.

As for the products, as I said, I'm a user of the Vivos DNA appliance myself. I've only been in treatment a few weeks and already I can tell a huge difference. I no longer snore. I breathe better through my nose. I have more energy. This thing actually works!!

According to Kirk, (yes, I spoke with him myself) the company currently generates over $1 million in revenues from the 700+ certified providers already trained, and has a large project underway in Philadelphia that should bring in another $10 million NET at capacity. Kirk walked me through the economics of the Philly deal himself, and he's struck the deal with one of his many dental industry contacts he's known for 20 years who operates 40 dental locations in the greater Philly area with over 500,000 patients of record. In addition, Vivos has one partner practice open in Utah and 3 more about to come online in Colorado. The early operating results are very much in line with forecasts.

This is no "pink sheet BS" as you suggest. This is a real deal with real people behind it and a very real product with a revolutionary technology. By the way, did you actually read the Due Diligence Report as performed by the Secure Point team? Kirk told me they put him and his team through an extensive DD process and came to the party highly skeptical. He said they spent 3 months doing their homework. FWIW

The Vivos DNA appliance technology is not "new", but rather has been carefully researched and proven out over several years of real world exposure. It is "new" in the sense that not very many people have known about it, and this is a "coming out" of sorts under the new Vivos brand. Would you rather have a "new" untested, unproven technology to get behind?

Finally, all 8 patents in the IP portfolio of Dr. Dave Singh have in fact been assigned to the company.

Please get your facts straight before posting BS online. It will save everyone a lot of unnecessary anxiety and grief.

Secure Point may have disappointed investors in the past, but this opportunity to merge with Vivos is a step in the right direction, as I fully expect Vivos to be a dominant player in the emerging dental sleep management industry.

Secure Point shareholders should jump at the chance to be onboard with this company, IMHO.
