Lamperd Less Lethal Inc (LLLI)

Not to be too contrarian, but when you point out that Lamperd Less lethal products are needed all around the world for these type of violent situations, it makes me ask the obvious question . THEN WHY DONT THESE PEOPLE/PLACES/ AUTHORITIES/GOVERNMENTS/LEA'S have them already ?????????? The violence has been happening for years ad nauseum going back to Ferguson, and beyond, and we have these products. So if people don't have them by now (or purchased from other companies ?) what is wrong with LLLI ? Sales approach ? marketing ? what ?????
