The judge declined the defendants request for dismissal of the RICO conspiracy charges. It's just a matter of time for the case to go to trial. Unfortunately you have to wait in line (so to speak) for that to happen. In the mean time additional evidence and possible witnesses are being gathered. Barbara Laken has been very instrumental in working with Lawrence Steadman to continue strengthening the case. Glenn's focus obviously has been on Good Gaming so things at CMGO are still on a holding pattern. XA is still operating and sustaining itself from what I understand.
