The elementary otc filing form is too much for Edwad Vakser and his legal team to handle. They have had since Dec 2015 to fill out the form and seem to be incapable of handling such a basic business function.
Vakser seems to only be able to compose business fiction to lure in investors' money and he does not give a rat's asset about filing quarterly reports unless they can be used as fodder to sucker in more investors.
Such is life in the land of Scam.
