I live about an hour from their CPA. Shouldn't I be able to visit them to see the financials?

Still not sure what might come out of that. Even if they look amazing, it won't help the pps.

There is no point in hiring an attorney to take action, because that will only decrease value.

The only thing we can do here is to sell out and move on, or continue to wait and see if we ever have value.

Personally I'd rather be surprised by value than bothered by legal action.
