Confidential Private Placement Oil Revenue Program

Incorporated since 1987, registered California oil and gas field operator and the Managing Venturer of this Joint Venture.

The user of the funds are for:

(i) Drill or purchase developmental oil wells, based on geology, on mineral rights, accquired. Each unit is 1% Working Interest in three potential oil wells. (ii) After testing the wells(s) complete the wells that indicate paying quantities of hydrocarbons and produce them for profit for the Venturer Subscribers and Incorporated Entity. This offering is being made under Regulation "D" Rule 506(c) and CA 25102(F) for accredited investors only.
