CEO never stop diluting wrong. History here is so clear. O/s back over 1 billion she is diluting again. Soon as CEO once again maxes out 1.5 billion a/s she will again like several times before increase a/s or do another 1 for 1000 r/s. Same as before. Buy more and be another victim of another eventual r/s. Many have said what you did before and that was end result twice.
