The stated financing is worth about 1/2 billion shares of stock. Like I said before... This may well end up with as much or even more than a BILLION shares before we see any lithium.

Albemarle is possibly the best run and closest to a pure lithium company. They make about a 24 % profit on their sales and have a stock PE of close to 25. I don't have the timer or interest right now but somebody please look up the Lithium Amers Corp statements that provide an annual sales guesstimate and use 15% of that as a profit ( they don't deserve more given that it's a junior ). Use that number with a BILLION shares outstanding, apply a PE of 10 and tell us all what the stock price should be. Thanks.
