I think the deal is real. There are a number of glaring issues, namely issuing himself 100 million shares, and wearables that communicate with an elite group of olive trees.... I don't think they will ever make it to a big board, but it's real enough to trade legitimately. Valuation is a whole other issue. This company is not worth $100 million, where it's trading now.
