Everything but the AS raise has already been approved. The vote for the AS doubling is July 13. Very odd they'd delay the vote when they already had the results, shifty if anything. IMO they will process the vote on the 13th, extremely likely they already know the results, retail has minimal if any impact, and effectuate the RS shortly thereafter. For retail, the only thing you can do to stop it is nothing at all, no vote at all, and, hope that they can't establish a Quorum. Bad enough they're going to split, doubly bad they want to split and double the AS, opening the doors for massive paper printing and truly piss poor, bordering on negligent if not criminal management....
