That is spectrum they used for delivering backhaul services. That business no longer exists and they don't have the licenses. Those are left as unlicensed and are booked up on a first come first serve basis. Not in the same universe as the 24/28/39 with regards to channels, throughput, and how the FCC views the end users.

They were essentially granted a PtP license per site. So let's say you needed a microwave shot 1,000 yards from Cell Tower to Cell Tower then you were given a license. Not the same as having a license that covered a geographic/county or economic based area.

Maybe they will throw in Cadillac along with your $40 per share.
