Ideally right after the P.O is when the opportunity presented itself. I think they touched the mid $13.00's and theyve shot right back up in the past month. Target for 2017 is $17.00 so if your inclined, go for it. After October I suspect a divy drop, and I'll probably sell rolling the proceeds into something else.
