Hey wait a minute?? IMPORTANT QUESTION??? If Marc is not in China yet ????? Then why the hell not ???

FDA & other Shareholders presumed once appraisal was
completed under MOA rules he would be hoping on the big bird headed back over there a while ago to sign transfer docs right away ??? If that was the case ...then it seems we surely would have received our long awaited PR by now stating what the final $$$ amount would be going on to SDRG's balance sheet soon??? So what the hell is going on here???

Here is FDA's opinion on this for those interested:

IT MUST MEAN THAT THE BOARD & OVER 50% OF SHAREHOLDERS ARE NOW SENDING A SIGNAL THAT THEY ARE NOT GOING TO JUST ROLL OVER & ACCEPT THEIR LOW-BALL NUMBER OF 15+MIL. ??????

** & btw?? isn't 20% of 110mil more like 22mil anyway?? I mean give us a break Shengda! Board also knows they have some leverage here because Chinese Ministry wants this deal closed before world price 0f silver begins to erupt again! Which it will do soon!!!
