Sounds like you have some understanding of the OTC market, relisting requirements etc. but it is obvious that you have not done enough DD on Towerstream. If you had done that kind of research, then you'd clearly understand the reason for the volume of shares being sold these days. More specifically, you'd know WHO exactly is selling these shares. Read the last 20 SEC filings and you'll know. I'm holding a significant number of shares in this company, and I'm not selling. I'm not going to lecture anyone here, or start sharing the DD that I've spent months on, but I can say 1 thing: if you don't take the time to do proper DD, you're gambling! And gamblers always loose to the house! Now, that's a clue for you right there! It might be the house (or the house boy, or a boy who worked in the house, or a boy who went to a house and bought some house, or is it a house or a bank, or a bank boy, wait is it a boy who went to a bank and bought some house ... hmmm .... I guess we'll never know before doing the DD) that is dumping shares in the market these days ... anyways, good luck to you all .. I'll see you on the other side ;)
