I think you will find that AFT did not own those patents. They were owned by Mccandless himself. Ergo...they are/were not owned by AFT.

All SBIR contracts ran out and were not renewed. In fact, in one of the letters to Shareholders, McCandless admitted that her previous reports about SBIR contracts were false, and that they had none in existence. It was a "...Mistake...".

The 2 small orders for test pumps turned out negative. There was another bigger, more established DME testing company getting the contracts, and Harvester, Volvo, Mac and another big names squeezed AFT out.
