If 14.7 Billion Encounter development R/s'd to 14.7 Million and 20.135 PTEL merged you'd have 34.835 Million or so.

34.835 Million + 34.068 Million = 68.903 Million + lets say 2 Million SREH now ABVG divvy's = 70.903 million + 50 Million SEC filed ENTI = 120.903 - 20.3 PTEL That are de-listing you get 100.603. Then maybe 100.603 Million - 240 shorts maybe you get 100.363 Million pretty close to 99.9 million PTEL A/S. Maybe a few little tweaks.
