I Don't know. KK can do whatever he want's. However before he does, I hope there will be a lot of people anticipating on a win in court or by settlement. I'm planning on getting out before I find out what KK does.

Yes I own GERS since a few weeks, but I've been following GERS for years now. I did never buy GERS before, because I don't trust KK. But if GERS is awarded big time for their patents, it will be attracting a lot of gold diggers, hoping to get some money out of it. By getting in now, I hope to make most out of it.

Those who got their shares before the last RS now own 1/100 of the shares they've owned before. GERS have been diluting a lot (see: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=126571953) so if bitzio owned 80% of the max 40% common shares, it might be a much smaller part now.

With GERS you can never be to sure of what you own. And it's all about timing. The time seems now.
