It is a very complex procedure to indicate how long it would take or even if the NOL here is useful or not since too many conditions! FNBCQ might act like the majority of its Q peers did: it will decline gradually to 0.01 first, then 0.001x, then even 0.000x if the company could not find a right profitable company to merger with.
Currently it is Extremely Oversold --- from 0.0748 to 0.027! Therefore a Quick bounce is inevitable from 0.027 or from another New low 0.02. If 0.027 could hold the bottom then we should see FNBCQ bounce back to test 0.0401 ~ 0.033 price area again. Should 0.02 be able to hold the New Bottom then we might see 0.0468 testing afterwards...
