Possibly with a rs and price of stock rising do to a split ex 3 to 1 makes $4.50, possible that HDYN wants in the future get off the otc and get on another stock exchange like nasdaq etc or even better nyse like before. many Investors don't buy from the otc because it is viewed, for good reason, too risky > gambling. give me another exchange and $5 + makes us more enticing to large companies and funds etc....
