Let's wait and see what happens but as posts on this board reflects, this is not the first time since 2009 that folks thought/claimed this was going somewhere when it fact it wasn't. No 8K for divi payment is a bit suspect imo. Although and as the 8k for r/s and Nasdaq uplist reflects - makes no difference for OTC companies and some of us were right and knew r/s was only being done to jack up the PPS to buy the company more time to do what they have been doing since inception...
