Austin, the document shows Trust that have been managed by DB for many years. In court documents back in 2008 they where managing a portfolio of Trusts with value of about 300 billion.

Now the probate court has approved the liquidation of those trust assets. The waterfall of those assets should now come back to WMI estate and get distributed to preferred and common estate holders who sign the release and got escrow shares.
